TecAlliance interconnects integral automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for clients, ensuring standardized processes that help reduce costs and save time through efficient processes enabled by our software.
Florian Merz is building a brand-new team — Organizational Steering & Development — and we’re looking for someone to help drive company-wide improvements in how we operate and organize. This role is about creating clarity, alignment, and effectiveness across the business. You’ll design and evolve our organizational setup to support strategic goals.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines in collaboration with business leads.
- Lead or support reorganizations, M&A; integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Define and maintain international standard role profiles, role matrices, and accountability frameworks (e.g., RACI).
- Diagnose organizational health using internal data, KPIs, and external benchmarks.
- Develop and embed business steering frameworks, guidelines, and standards that promote transparency, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Establish and monitor internal steering structures such as committees, decision-making processes, and information flows.
Your profile
- You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re structured, analytical, and comfortable navigating complexity.
- A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or a related field.
- Solid experience in organizational design or similar roles — ideally in a fast-scale software environment.
- Familiarity with operating model design, agile principles, and transformation programs.
- Strong skills in developing role matrices, role profiles, and RACI models.
- Knowledge of governance codes and compliance standards (e.g., German Corporate Governance Code, SOX, OECD Guidelines) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2+); German and Spanish are a strong advantage.
