We run a small B2B company, which develops the best Fleet Management software for organizations that maintain a fleet of 100 vehicles or more. So a 100% IT shop.

Heike handles day to day tasks from Germany, while Sergi and Torsten do the development stuff in Barcelona. Are you great with people, tech-savvy, and love keeping things organized? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented go-getter to be the first point of contact for our B2B customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Customer Support: Help our clients navigate our IT system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
- System Management: Take care of our server environment, from configuration and monitoring to fixing issues when they pop up.
- Client Relations: Keep in touch with our customers, building strong relationships and helping them see the value in what we do.

REQUIREMENTS - What we’re looking for:

- Someone with excellent communication skills – you’ll be chatting with clients a lot!
- Strong organizational skills – juggling multiple tasks is your superpower.
- Experience with IT systems and customer support tools (or a quick learner who’s eager to pick it up).
- A knack for writing – from proposals to professional emails. All our customers are based in Germany, so language proficiency is a must. Also presence on Spanish holidays and differing German working days may be required, but is negotiable. OFFER - Why you’ll love it here:
