In this role you will guide innovation teams with focused coaching and practical methodologies to accelerate sprint progress. You will own the internal Innovation Council process, screening ideas and coaching teams that receive seed funding. You will support cross‐functional collaboration, remove obstacles, and synthesize sprint learnings to inform improvements. You will foster experimentation, learning, and a culture that delivers faster, better innovation while aligning with Allianz Technology's strategy. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven opportunity to shape how innovation is practiced across the organization.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
Provide innovation methodology and coaching to teams to succeed in sprints
Own the Innovation Council and the AzT internal process modeled after venture capital practices
Screen ideas, prepare concepts for Council, and coach seed‐funded teams
Accompany teams through the innovation journey and resolve obstacles
Collect and aggregate learnings from sprints to identify patterns and areas for improvement
Proactively suggest systemic changes to enable faster, better innovation
Foster continuous improvement and learning, encouraging experimentation
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams for alignment and integration
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Responsabilidades
Demonstrated experience in coaching, innovation management, or similar role
Expertise in Human‐Centered Design, Open Innovation, Lean Startup
Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience xcskxlj and positive attitude
Strong customer‐centric approach focusing on operating entities and end‐customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
