Rointe is a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in national and international markets.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and further grow our successful business.
The Role
Oversee the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
Provide assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Manager are accurate and up to date.
Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
The Candidate
Experience in a similar position.
Native English.
Experience working in a team.
Experience in SAP.
Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
Sales experience.
Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.
