Main tasks
* Prepares budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis;
* Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability;
* Provides regular financial reports to management;
* Works with other departments to control costs;
* Improves planning and controlling processes.
Requirements
* 5 to 7 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within IT companies or technology-driven organizations.
* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, and are familiar with the financial dynamics of fast-paced, innovation-oriented environments.
* Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as sales, operations, and product development is highly valued.
* Familiarity with financial tools and SAP is a plus.
