Service Desk Support: Provide first-level Service Desk support for desktop and infrastructure incidents. Administrate and resolve IT-related issues assigned to the service desk.
IT Services Assistance: Support users with IT services such as O365, ERP systems (SAGE & SAP), PC, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
Invoice & Process Management: Work closely with the Digital Center team to manage expense invoices, internal processes, and assist with the submission and approval of payment documentation.
Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
#Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field.
Other studies such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related, will be also highly valued if it is supported by any other training in IT or if a strong interest in this area can be demonstrated.
Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
Proficient in Spanish (C2 level).
Proficient in Chinese (C2 level)
#Prior experience with invoice management, purchase orders, goods receipt references, and document parking.
Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module.
Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
