Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers.Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills.
1-5 years of M&A experience from a reputable law firm(s) or equivalent in-house role.~ Strong understanding of M&A transaction dynamics and contract negotiations.~ Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality.
