We want you for our Supply Chain team: New Product Introduction Specialist. Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, your mission will be monitoring, organizing, and supervising the process of implementing new products and projects.
Reporting to our New Product Introduction & Master Data Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing new implementations and coordinating their execution.
* Achieving goals based on set KPIs.
* Monitoring project checkpoints and deadlines.
* Maintaining project documentation and providing instructions.
* Validating production capabilities for new products.
* Collaborating with R&D, Planning, Production, and Commercial departments regarding new product implementation.
* Verifying technical capabilities for new projects.
* Ensuring ongoing communication between departments during implementation.
* Organizing cyclical meetings to discuss project actions.
* Controlling tasks within the project group.
* Reporting project statuses and risks to the global NPI team.
* Supervising obsolescence minimization and material delivery.
* Coordinating production tests and confirming compliance.
* Optimizing processes and implementing improvements.
* Solving current problems related to new implementations.
* Adhering to health, safety, and internal regulations.

Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Business, with additional qualifications valued.
* High level of English (C1).
* At least 3 years in a similar Supply Chain role.
* Project Management experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of SAP system.
