La persona seleccionada participará en la gestión operativa de las plataformas de eCommerce, el mantenimiento del catálogo digital y el análisis de datos para mejorar la experiencia de usuario y la conversión.**Responsabilidades principales*** Gestionar operativamente las plataformas de eCommerce (Magento y Site-Core o similar), asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.* Construir, mantener y optimizar el catálogo online mediante Akeneo PIM, garantizando la calidad y actualización de la información de producto.* Apoyar en el análisis y seguimiento de KPIs de eCommerce, elaborando reportes y análisis utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console y Google Tag Manager.* Gestionar incidencias técnicas y mejoras operativas en las plataformas mediante Jira.* Coordinarse con los equipos de marketing, compras, IT y atención al cliente para optimizar la experiencia del usuario y el rendimiento del canal online.* Automatizar y optimizar procesos mediante el uso de Excel para la gestión eficiente de bases de datos y documentación de productos.* Apoyar en la implementación de estrategias SEO y SEM para mejorar la visibilidad online.* Colaborar en proyectos internacionales, incluyendo iniciativas de migración web y mejora de la presencia digital.* Dar soporte en la gestión del CMS, participando en la creación de banners y páginas de aterrizaje para campañas.**Herramientas y tecnologías*** Akeneo PIM* Magento y Prestashop* Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager* Jira* ERP* Excel (nivel intermedio-avanzado)**Requisitos**Formación académica* Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidad, Tecnologías de la Información o titulaciones afines.**Experiencia*** Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de plataformas eCommerce (Magento y/o Akeneo).* Experiencia en construcción y mantenimiento de catálogos online.* Experiencia en análisis de datos y seguimiento de KPIs de eCommerce.**Habilidades y competencias*** Organización, proactividad y atención al detalle.* Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.* Trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación.* Capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.**Idiomas*** Español nativo o nivel avanzado.* Inglés nivel B1 o superior.**Condiciones*** Salario: 22.000 € brutos anuales en 14 pagas (extras en junio y diciembre).* Contrato: Jornada completa.* Vacaciones: 24 días laborables + 24 de diciembre + 31 de diciembre + día de cumpleaños.* Tarjeta restaurante: 94,50 € al mes durante 11 meses.* Formación y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional dentro de la compañía.Si te interesa desarrollar tu carrera en el ámbito del eCommerce dentro de una empresa internacional y dinámica, te invitamos a presentar tu candidatura.We sincerely appreciate your interest in joining our team.
