岗位职责
1、销售战略规划
制定并执行 OPPO 在欧洲区域的备件销售年度计划,深入调研行业备件产品、销售策略、价格体系等方面的信息,精准分解区域销售目标,确保销售任务的顺利达成。 主导制定欧洲区域备件销售规则,确保定价策略具有市场竞争力且能实现公司利润目标。
2、销售渠道拓展与管理
积极开发并维护欧洲区域内的经销商、批发商、维修连锁店等 B 端渠道资源,建立广泛且稳固的多层次分销网络,提升 OPPO 备件在欧洲市场的覆盖率。 与渠道合作伙伴保持密切沟通,推动渠道合作伙伴共同完成销售目标。
3、计划管理、订单与物流管理
主导欧洲本地销售计划,基于本地市场洞察和需求,和总部探索如何更精准制定销售订单计划,与国内供应链团队紧密协作,跟进订单能够按时、准确交付给欧洲区域客户,提升客户满意度。
任职要求
1、语言能力:具备流利的中文和英语听说读写能力,能够与欧洲区域内的客户、合作伙伴及公司内部团队进行无障碍沟通。
2、工作经验:拥有 1年以上备件销售或相关领域工作经验,熟悉欧洲市场,能够制定有效的销售策略并推动其落地执行;熟练掌握数据分析工具,能够通过数据分析为销售决策提供有力支持。
3、行业知识:对手机、智能终端等电子产品的备件品类有深入了解,熟悉备件进出口流程,有中国产品出海实操经验者优先。
4、个人素质:具有强烈的责任心和事业心,以业绩为导向,具备良好的抗压能力和适应能力,能够在复杂多变的市场环境中灵活应对各种挑战。

Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Planning
Develop and implement OPPO’s annual spare parts sales plan for the European region. Conduct in-depth research on industry spare parts products, sales strategies, pricing systems, etc. Accurately break down regional sales targets to ensure the successful achievement of sales goals. Lead the formulation of spare parts sales policies for the European region, ensuring pricing strategies are competitive in the market while meeting the company’s profit objectives.
Channel Development and Management
Actively develop and maintain B2B channel resources in the European region, including distributors, wholesalers, and repair chains. Build a broad and stable multi-level distribution network to increase OPPO spare parts’ market coverage in Europe. Maintain close communication with channel partners to jointly achieve sales targets.
Planning, Order, and Logistics Management
Lead local sales planning in Europe. Based on local market insights and demand, work with headquarters to explore more accurate sales order planning. Collaborate closely with the domestic supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers in the European region, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Language Skills Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of seamless communication with clients, partners, and internal teams across the European region.
Work Experience At least 1 year of experience in spare parts sales or related fields, with a good understanding of the European market. Able to formulate and implement effective sales strategies. Proficient in data analysis tools, capable of using data to support sales decisions.
Industry Knowledge In-depth understanding of spare parts for mobile phones, smart devices, and other electronic products. Familiar with spare parts import/export procedures. Practical experience with Chinese product internationalization is a plus.
Personal Qualities Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurship. Results-oriented, with good stress management and adaptability skills. Able to handle various challenges in a complex and dynamic market environment.
