Impact & Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will focus on providing insights on the real‑world use of medicines to support data‑driven decision making and optimize healthcare. You will lead various analyses and projects and share outcomes in bespoke reports.
* Project Management: Planning and executing study protocols co‑developed with pharmaceutical companies, setting up analyses, and managing projects. Proactively monitor progress, address dependencies, risks, and implement corrective actions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, internally, with pharma and hospitals, and manage third‑party contributions.
* Healthcare Content Analysis: Monitor drug uptake, analyze standards of care, patient pathways, assess therapy impacts, and study outcomes and costs for pharma and hospital clients; present insights in reports and dashboards.
* Governance & Quality Assurance: Define project governance, ensure high‑quality delivery of analytics, products, or services on time and within budget.
* Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior colleagues while actively participating in international projects.
Real‑World Data Team
As part of the Real World Data team, you will deliver products, analytics, reports, and impact programs to multiple clients, including hospitals, health insurers, and pharmaceutical companies.
Key Questions You Will Address
* Which patient populations are eligible for new drugs?
* How do drugs impact financial budgets?
* How are drugs used in the real world?
* What is the uptake of newly introduced medicines?
* What are the real‑world clinical and patient outcomes, and how do they compare to trial results?
Your Profile
* MSc degree with a biomedical, quantitative, or technical background.
* 9+ years of relevant experience (strategy consultancy, project management, market access, medical affairs, analytics), preferably linked to pharma.
* Experience in a client‑facing role.
* Result‑driven, structured, pragmatic.
* Experience working with international clients and teams.
* Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
