Job Description
We are currently looking for a SAP EWM Consultant with good English level to participate in SAP EWM implementation projects. The role requires capabilities to:
* Analyze business needs and requirements, identify and design business processes to be implemented on SAP, customize the modules, prepare and execute testing phase and provide UAT and user training support.
Requirements
* At least 4 years experience focused on SAP EWM, with good module integration knowledge.
* Ability to transform business requirements into solutions based in different SAP modules.
* Ability to work creatively in a context of problem solving.
* Ability to interact with the client.
* Advanced level of English.

Global Organization SAP Transformation
Global organization undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Process Consultant to support warehouse and logistics operations across multiple international sites. The role is business-facing and focuses on process ownership, solution validation, and operational support rather than technical customization.
Key Responsibilities
* Support business teams in defining and optimizing warehouse management processes within SAP EWM .
* Translate operational requirements into clear process designs for the system integrator.
* Validate functional solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
* Support rollout and operational adoption across multiple warehouse locations.
* Coordinate with regional logistics teams and local SMEs to ensure consistent process execution.
* Provide guidance on best practices for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
* Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across sites.
* Ensure integration alignment between EWM and related SAP modules (MM, SD, TM).
* Assist with testing, solution validation, and business acceptance during deployments.
Required Experience
* Strong functional experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) .
* Proven track record supporting warehouse or logistics business processes in SAP environments .
* Solid understanding of integration points between EWM, MM, SD, and Transportation Management .
* Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners .
* Ability to challenge and validate solution designs from a business process perspective.
* Experience supporting multi-site or international warehouse environments is preferred.

Freelance SAP EWM Consultant – Lead Experience
We are currently searching for a freelance SAP EWM Consultant with lead experience as part of an international rollout.
* Start: ASAP / Within April.
* Duration: 6 months +.
Tasks Include
* Lead SAP EWM implementations, including full lifecycle deployments (design, build, test, deploy, and support).
* Support global template rollout of SAP EWM across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with core design standards.
* Analyze local business requirements and identify gaps against the global template.
* Perform localization of EWM processes while maintaining template integrity.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements.
* Lead workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution design discussions.
* Identify process improvements and recommend best practices aligned with SAP standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and process issues post-go-live.
* Ensure documentation of solutions, configurations, and business processes.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in SAP EWM (decentralized and embedded EWM).
* Proven track record in leading SAP EWM implementations and global rollouts.
