Overview
Join to apply for the Partner Account Manager Catalunya role at Hornetsecurity. This role is based in Catalunya and can be performed from the Barcelona office, for 40 hours/week, with immediate start or as soon as possible. The role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Responsibilities
* Identify and continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya.
* Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
* Organize and coordinate training sessions for partners (including product training) and ensure effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
* Define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development.
* Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
* Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to achieve business targets in Spain.
* Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management; externally, serve as a key point of contact representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
* Regularly update our CRM system with partner and deal information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Leverage valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Catalunya as a strong asset for this role.
Qualifications
* Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
* At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
* Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman) is highly valued, especially in complex partner or multi-stakeholder environments.
* Relevant experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya and a track record of strategic and economic partner development.
* Excellent communicator; confident and professional interaction with partners and customers.
* Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
* Winning personality; thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
* Driven by achievement; pursues quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
* Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to support growth and success of the Hornetsecurity Group.
