Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for international education? EU Business School is looking for a strategic, outgoing, and highly organized Regional Sales Representative to join our vibrant recruitment team in Barcelona. This is more than a sales role; it is an opportunity to shape the future of international students while representing our prestigious global institution across the Americas.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the full student journey, from identifying new market opportunities in the Americas to ensuring successful enrolment. You will join a high-energy, international team where collaboration with Admissions, Academics, and Career Services is key to success.

Responsibilities

* Strategic Growth: Conduct market analysis to identify and develop new recruitment channels within the assigned territory.
* Lead Management: Drive the entire sales funnel (prospecting, lead generation, and commercialization) to meet and exceed enrolment goals.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a robust network of regional agents and partner institutions.
* Global Representation: Represent the school at international fairs, seminars, and workshops (minimum 90 days of travel per year).
* Digital Presence: Lead online recruitment events, adapting your schedule to stay connected with your time zones in the Americas.

About You

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
* Proven experience in Higher Education recruitment, specifically within the Americas market.
* Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is essential.
* Knowledge of online marketing/CRM tools is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A natural connector, you have a proven ability to build international relationships and work independently in diverse markets.
* Goal-Oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by hitting numbers and KPIs.

The Perks

* Start Date: July 13th, 2026.
* Contract: Permanent, full-time.
* Compensation: €27,000 base salary + 2% commission on sales.
* Flexibility: 1 day per week remote work, plus \"Short Fridays\" and a reduced summer timetable.
