Growth Marketing Specialist
We/'re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to build content into a scalable, measurable growth channel, driving qualified traffic, improving conversion, and generating pipeline.
Drive organic growth (SEO, AI & content)
* Build and execute a content & SEO roadmap focused on pipeline, not just volume
* Identify high-impact opportunities across search and LLM ecosystems (AIO)
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AirOps) to scale high-quality content without sacrificing editorial standards
Own landing pages & conversion journeys
* Create and optimize landing pages, use case pages, and conversion paths
* Improve CTAs, UX, and messaging to drive demo bookings and self-serve conversions
* Run A/B tests to increase conversion rates across the funnel
Bridge content with product & sales
* Ensure content is tightly aligned with our ICP, use cases, and value propositions
* Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging
* Work closely with Sales to make sure content is directly contributing to pipeline, this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought
Support self-serve & B2B growth
- Identify and optimize pathways that convert individual users into B2B leads
- Improve product discoverability and onboarding entry points
Measure impact
- Own inbound performance: MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution are your north-star metrics
- Use GA4, Looker, and Search Console to identify opportunities and prioritize work
What you need to succeed:
* Experience in growth, content, SEO, or product marketing (B2B SaaS a plus)
* Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content drives traffic
* Comfortable using AI tools to scale content production
* Data-driven, with a bias toward testing and iteration
* Able to connect the dots across Marketing, Product, and Sales
