Since 2014, Rentals United has grown from preventing overbookings to becoming a strategic partner for top STR professionals, helping them execute their sales strategies across the most important channels.The RU Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business acquisition by engaging with property managers and agencies in the short-term rental industry.
Through a consultative approach and in-depth discovery, the role focuses on understanding prospect needs and effectively positioning our platform and services to create strong, high-quality opportunities.
Success in this role requires excellent profiling skills, adaptability, and the ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships with clients.Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needsProspecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/serviceSetting up meetings with the prospective clientsPresenting product/service demonstrationsSales reporting and reviewing performanceWorking towards achieving the sales targetKeep a record of the prospects and leads in our databaseWork with our CRM system and organize the daily records in order to keep the track of the full sales cycleSeek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channelsParticipate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business developmentEstablishing new business links Requirements:
