Job Title: Interim Channel Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee email programs in the German and Dutch markets.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in strategic channel marketing, with a proven record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead email marketing strategies for Germany and the Netherlands, aligning with business goals and financial targets.
* Monitor KPIs to optimize campaigns, reporting results weekly to stakeholders.
* Contribute innovative ideas to develop strategic channel roadmaps.
* Collaborate with creative and Go to Market teams to ensure campaigns meet goals and best practices.
* Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on offers, creative, and segmentation.
* Work closely with global teams across marketing, creative, content, and analytics to meet objectives.
* Identify and implement process improvements to deliver value more efficiently.
Requirements:
