#We are seeking a specialist to manage and deliver secure access services aligned with our global service catalogue.
The role involves administering identity and access controls across enterprise systems, executing access requests, supporting IAM projects, and ensuring robust security and compliance within an international financial environment.
#Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),
Plan, design, administer, monitor, and maintain authorisation objects (including groups and user accounts) within Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise applications across an international environment
A recognised degree in Information Technology or a minimum of five years' hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator managing Microsoft Active Directory environments (MCSA certification or equivalent is highly desirable)
Solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards relevant to the financial services secto r
Strong organisational abilities with proven experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects efficiently
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent communication skills in English .
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions represents a significant advantage
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system administration tasks is beneficial but not mandatory
