Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and own the target and sales strategies.
* Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to meet account performance goals.
* Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
* Provide quantitative results, business insights, and strategic recommendations to partners.
* Monitor strategies and initiatives, and organize quarterly and monthly reviews, conference calls, sales meetings, and presentations.
* Identify new revenue opportunities and develop business cases for prioritization.
* Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
* Prepare reports and business analysis to track results and identify opportunities.
* Be willing to travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
* Report to: Director of Sales.
Position requirements:
* Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Data-driven with a proven ability to use analytics for strategy and decision-making.
* Existing strong relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence and drive action plans with clients and stakeholders at senior levels.
* Based in Spain with the ability to work from home.
