The role focuses on monitoring workshop assembly processes and optimizing workflow and material flow. It combines operational tasks with coordination and reporting responsibilities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor daily workshop operations and update dashboards with project progress and critical points- Validate operator time entries in the ERP system to ensure accurate reporting- Participate in planning meetings to track workload, resource allocation, and project timelines- Support resolution of technical issues and act as a communication bridge between technicians and management- Coordinate material availability for upcoming assemblies and flag potential shortages or delays- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization or Production Engineering- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset- Basic experience or interest in industrial, logistics, or assembly environments- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel- Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and managerial teamsWE OFFER- Comprehensive Benefits:
