Our team supports organizations with both buy-side and sell-side due diligence services. As part of our team, you'll analyze and provide insights on financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions to give corporate and financial buyers peace of mind.

PwC’s Transaction Services practice assists companies and private equity firms in analyzing acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and accessing global capital markets. Our goal is to help clients maximize returns on their deals. With over 400 dedicated specialists in Spain, we offer a unique blend of financial, commercial, and operational insights, supported by industry expertise to guide clients through the deal process.
We focus solely on deals—helping buyers and sellers prepare better, close faster, and realize profits sooner on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
Our principal focuses for this position include:
1. Financial due diligence projects for either the acquirer or the vendor, working with private equity firms (including top global names) and major international and national corporate clients.
2. Critical review of key value drivers of the business, both historically and in financial projections.
3. Leveraging Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights, including views on main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work.
4. Supporting clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
* Fluent in English (daily work conducted in English).
* Spanish language skills are a plus (not mandatory).
* 2-8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance, or private equity.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Data analytics skills (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) are a plus.
* Flexibility to travel.
