Role Description
We are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Real Estate Specialist eager to make a real difference in the southern Spain property market. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere, with the additional benefit of access to our newly refurbished offices in Sotogrande for meetings, collaboration, or simply a change of scenery.
Key Responsibilities :
* Proactively source, manage, and close property transactions, focusing on luxury homes in Sotogrande, Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
* Deliver exceptional, personalised service to buyers, sellers, and investors, building lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
* Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings, market appraisals, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to completion.
* Stay up to date with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations, providing clients with accurate, insightful advice.
* Collaborate with our experienced team to develop innovative marketing strategies and digital solutions that set us apart in a competitive market.
* Represent the Rob Laver brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help clients find their dream home or investment property.

Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in real estate sales or property transactions, ideally within the luxury sector.
* Strong customer service ethos and proven sales track record.
* In-depth knowledge of real property management and local real estate regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and at least two other languages(such as Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Russian, or Scandinavian languages).
* Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to exceed targets and expectations.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and innovative sales tools is a plus.
* A genuine interest in the Sotogrande or Marbella lifestyle and community, with local knowledge highly advantageous.
