Job Title: Sales Manager North/West Africa - French Speaker
Summary: The Sales Manager will be accountable for the full customer relationship across Morocco and North/West Africa region. Acts as the primary point of contact for new customers and hands-over post-sales to delivery and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads, manage pipeline, and close deals;
Prepare proposals and quotes with support from Solutions Consultants;
Negotiate proposals, Statements of Work, and service agreements;
Deliver simple demos (e.g., Travel Intelligence, Media);
Act as main client contact and build strong relationships with key buying personas;
Manage renewals for both simple and complex deals;
Coordinate hand‑off to post‑sales teams and collaborate with CSM;
