We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing European operation!

Luxury Escapes Travel Consultants are responsible for managing sales activity and the overall customer experience for our highly engaged member base. Managing a high volume of inbound calls, you will be tasked with selling our packages to customers, helping them create incredible travel experiences with Luxury Escapes.

Responsibilities include:

* Responding to and making sales inquiries via phone, electronically, or in person.
* Answering customer inquiries promptly, competently, and professionally.
* Providing excellent customer service by sharing information about services, packages, and pricing.
* Recommending solutions that meet the needs of both the business and the customer.
* Offering full package upgrade options to members.
* Ensuring prompt follow-up and ownership of customer sales inquiries.
* Displaying initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.
* Resolving customer complaints within specified timeframes or referring to the appropriate department for resolution.

Candidate Profile:

* Personable, approachable, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the perfect luxury holiday.
* Experience in phone-based sales; travel experience is highly regarded.
* Familiar with KPIs and thrives in a competitive environment.
* Flexible with availability, including weekends and evenings.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Driven, goal-oriented, and enjoys challenges.
* Fluent in English.
* Must hold full working rights in Spain and a valid NIE, if applicable.
