We are looking for a Data Analyst in Supply Chain. The position is located in Valladolid.
Main Accountabilities :
1. Ensure accurate and timely development and delivery of supply chain reports monthly, weekly, and daily, related to the key processes: service to customers, inventory, forecasts accuracy, planning, and scheduling activity.
2. Work closely with supply chain supervisors on managing the information needed to follow up on various KPIs, such as inventory values and turnovers, risk and obsolescence reduction, and plan adherence.
3. Report to the supply chain manager on the main actions to achieve KPIs.
4. Manage the production plan proposed by the team to meet customer needs and plant capacity, according to production sign-off (PSO) and supply chain KPIs.
5. Ensure the production plan is achieved monthly, promoting changes when variances or constraints occur, and escalating deviations when identified.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve plan constraints promptly to prevent disruptions.
7. Implement controlling activities to monitor adherence to the production plan.
8. Participate in continuous improvement projects for the supply chain.
9. Support the team in using IT tools and develop new ones to enhance efficiency in the supply chain process.
Requirements :
1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interaction skills.
3. Proficiency in data management and analysis.
4. Skills in Power BI, MS365, and Excel are highly recommended.
5. IT, mathematical, and logical skills (analytical thinking).
6. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize independently and make sound decisions.
7. Experience with process simulation tools such as FlexSim.
8. Ability to work accurately under pressure.
9. Knowledge of supply chain processes, metrics, and IT systems standards.
10. High level of English proficiency.
