Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners—including hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more—deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply and our leading advertising and travel media network.

What you’ll do

- Develop and sustain strong partnerships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality needs-based consulting services to hotel partners (e.g., revenue management advice, marketing opportunities on the Expedia Group marketplace).
- Ensure partner hotels’ products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on Expedia Group sites to maximize customer conversion.
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information during high-demand periods to satisfy traveler needs.
- Secure seasonal deals and promotions to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Promote and develop hotel partners’ engagement with Expedia Group’s suite of tools and insights, including partner reports, revenue management tools, marketing opportunities, self-service tools, and related services.
- Guide and support Hotel Partners to deliver the best traveler experience.
- Regular travel will be required for market visits.
- Meet performance targets and execute effectively based on KPI metrics.
- Conduct regular self-learning to improve skills.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Who you are

- 1–3 years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Passionate about travel.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Clear, effective and persuasive communication with active listening.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to select and present insightful datasets including performance, market, and competitor analysis and to implement meaningful action plans based on the data.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve critical targets and objectives.
- Proactively demonstrate the value of partnering with Expedia Group.
- Relationship builder who sustains solid partnerships through mutual support and collaboration.
- Drive for results with persistence and follow-up in challenging situations.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn from feedback.
