Overview
We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with iGaming clients for a fast-growing payments startup. You'll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviews
- Monitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech) to resolve issues and improve service
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
- Support onboarding of new clients and payment methods across markets
- Stay informed on iGaming trends, regulations, and payments landscape
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming
- Strong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud concepts
- Excellent communication and xcskxlj stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

- Experience working with high-risk industries or regulated markets
- Familiarity with global payment methods and cross-border transactions
