Offer Description
Duties to be performed: - Identify requirements and standards for healthcare, teaching, and research quality. - Support the coordination of multidisciplinary work teams. - Develop and update quality protocols, policies, and procedures. - Ensure that documentation complies with certification standards. - Implement quality control and continuous improvement tools. - Support the organization of training and workshops for staff. - Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement. - Implement hospital quality and safety indicators. - Manage corrective action plans. - Act as a liaison with certifying and regulatory bodies. - Manage auditor visits and respond to their requests. - Ensure compliance with national and international standards. - Develop improvement plans following internal or external audits. - Prepare the necessary minutes and documents for committees and working groups.
Additional training related to the position (project management, European calls, public procurement, etc.) - (0.5 points per qualification, up to a maximum of 1.5 points). Experience in preparing project management documentation and other deliverables and results in the field of health R&D&I (technical reports, publications, etc.) (0.5 points per project managed, up to a maximum of 1.5 points). Work experience or collaborative experience with public administrations and/or health research management entities in activities related to the position's duties. - (0.5 points per year, or 0.75 points per year if in the health field, up to a maximum of 2 points). Demonstrable knowledge of the structure, operation, and regulations of the SSPA. English: Level C1 or higher, according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). (0.5 points per certificate, up to a maximum of 1 point). Other Languages above B2 (0.5 points per qualification, up to a maximum of 1 point).
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Sciences, or Sciences - Demonstrable experience in project management or R&D&I management - Accredited English level: minimum B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

Selection process
Other considerations: Selection process: Based on the points obtained in the merit assessment, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview. Communication skills, aptitude for work, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points for the assessable merits will be eligible for the interview phase. After the position has been resolved, and if the selected candidate resigns from the contract before it is formalized, the hiring committee may decide in favor of the next candidate based on the list of scores.
