Responsabilities Support execution of CDD/EDD reviews and merchant risk assessments Ensure compliance with AML, CTF and internal policies Review merchant documentation, websites and onboarding requirements Assist in monitoring merchant activity and flagging potential risks Support preparation of risk-related reporting (including STR inputs) Collaborate with internal teams and assist in communication with acquiring banks and partners Maintain KYC files, documentation and support renewal processes Ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Support knowledge sharing and alignment on KYC and compliance practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics or related field 0–2 years of experience in KYC, AML/CTF, compliance or risk roles Previous exposure (internships or junior roles) to CDD/EDD, onboarding or risk processes is a plus Good understanding of: AML / CTF frameworks Proven experience in Payments industry Strong analytical skills and attention to detail High level of ownership and confidentiality Excellent stakeholder collaboration Fluent English and Spanish ve to create an environment where individuals feel trusted, supported and challenged to grow, with regular feedback and meaningful follow-up.
