This role focuses on embedding AI (LLMs, RAG) into software delivery toolchains, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability while collaborating closely with AI product and platform teams.
Own the integration and engineering of AI capabilities within the software delivery lifecycle.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.
4 years of experience as Software Engineer, DevOps, or MLOps Engineer with exposure to AI integration.
Strong experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent English.
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client ́s office, Sol area, next to the underground).
