To join our sales team in Spain, we are looking for a proactive person who is not afraid of conversations with customers, acts relationally, thus building long-term relationships and cooperation with the served customers. You will provide comprehensive service from both a substantive and communication perspective. We focus primarily on the B2B sector, and you will be able to leverage your previous experience in this field. As a new team member, you will have support from leaders who will introduce you to internal processes and prepare you for the role by sharing their knowledge along with a list of clients to start working with as a new sales supervisor.
What will you be doing at Senetic? Your duties :
* Handle inquiries from our customers,
* Acquire new customers and build trust and a positive brand image in the market via telephone and email contact,
* Develop long-term relationships with current customers,
* Ensure the highest level of customer service,
* Select optimal IT solutions that meet all customer needs,
* Coordinate customer orders,
* Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, credit control, purchasing, and logistics to ensure quality service,
* Enhance your commercial skills and expand product knowledge through internal expertise, Product Managers, and external training from our manufacturing partners.
We would love to see you on our team if :
* You have at least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B IT sector,
* You speak and write English at least at a communicative level (B2 / C1) without stress,
* You prioritize customer needs and utilize organizational resources to assist them,
* You enjoy working with people and communicate effectively daily,
* You approach work and challenges with full commitment,
* You are self-reliant, meticulous, and able to organize your duties to achieve sales goals efficiently,
* You are motivated by results and find joy in achievements for yourself and your team.
