As adoption continues to grow, the focus is on strongstrengthening core CRM capabilities, enhancing sales processes and enabling divisions with scalable solutions /strong. /ppWe are seeking a talented and motivated strongSalesforce CRM Analyst/Developer /strong to support divisional needs, contribute to solution enhancements, and ensure the platform delivers tangible business value. /ppbr/ppstrongPosition Overview /strong /ppThe Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for strongsupporting the evolution and deployment of Salesforce solutions /strong across divisions with a primary focus on Europe. /ppThe role combines: /pullistrongBusiness analysis and process understanding /strong /lilistrongSolution design and configuration /strong /lilistrongHands-on Salesforce development /strong /li /ulpYou will work closely with the strongGlobal CRM Lead and CRM Tea /strong, contributing to improvements and implementations while respecting ITW’s decentralized operating model. /ppThe ideal candidate combines strongstrong Salesforce expertise, business process acumen, and a transformation mindset /strong, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable solutions. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrongProject Support Enhancements /strong /pulliContribute to CRM projects and rollouts at divisional level. /liliSupport requirements gathering and solution design workshops. /lilistrongDeliver enhancements such as: /strong /liliemProcess automation /em /liliemUX improvements /em /liliemBetter reporting and dashboard /ems /liliWork in Agile frameworks, managing user stories, backlog, and sprint deliverables. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDivisional CRM Support Continuous Improvement /strong /pulliSupport Salesforce usage across divisions, primarily in Europe. /liliAnalyze business needs and translate them into practical, scalable CRM solutions. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve sales processes, data quality, and user experience. /liliEnsure solutions remain aligned with core templates and best practices, while allowing divisional flexibility. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSalesforce Configuration Development /strong /pullistrongDesign and implement solutions using a mix of: /strong /liliemDeclarative tools (Flows, approval processes, layouts) /em /liliemProgrammatic development (Apex, LWC) /em /lilistrongDevelop and maintain: /strong /liliemApex classes, triggers, batch jobs /em /liliemAura and Lightning Web Components (LWC) /em /liliBalance configuration vs custom development for simplicity and maintainability. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPlatform Operations (Europe Scope) /strong /pullistrongSupport day-to-day Salesforce operations: /strong /liliemUser setup, permissions, roles /em /liliemData management and imports /em /liliemIssue resolution and system monitoring /em /liliEnsure platform stability, performance, and data consistency. /lilistrongCollaborate with Data Stewards on: /strong /liliem Data quality /em /liliem Deduplication /em /liliem Data governance practices /em /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPosition Requirements /strong /ppbr/ppstrongGeneral /strong /pulliStrong analytical and structured mindset. /liliBusiness-oriented approach with the ability to understand sales processes. /liliAbility to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. /liliExcellent English communication skills /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEducation Experience /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. /liliProgramming background (e.g., Java or similar). /liliMinimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce CRM roles. /liliExperience working with business stakeholders in operational environments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pulliStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. /liliSalesforce certifications (Administrator + Platform Developer I/II preferred). /liliAdvanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills. /lilistrongProven hands-on development experience: /strong /liliemApex /em /liliemAura/Lightning Web Components /em /lilistrongStrong knowledge of: /strong /liliemSalesforce data model /em /liliemSOQL/SOSL /em /liliemSecurity model (profiles, roles, permission sets) /em /liliExperience with integrations (APIs, SAP/ERP systems). /liliExperience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps). /liliStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred Skills (Nice to Have) /strong /pulliExperience using AI-assisted tools to support business analysis, development, testing, and documentation. /liliExperience with Power BI, data analytics, and data visualization. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLocation: Spain. Candidates must be based in Spain, preferably Barcelona metropolitan area or within reasonable commuting distance. /strong /p
