A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience).
* Experience in Sales and Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Based in Barcelona.

About The Role
We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, native Spanish-speaking Sales Account Executive to drive growth in our business banking division. You will promote and sell our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers, requiring excellent Spanish communication skills and a keen understanding of business banking needs in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your Mission
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
* Support customers in using our products and services.
