Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited - an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

What you will do
* Ensure proper allocation of workload and resources within the Hardware Design division.
* Optimize distribution of activities across global engineering centers.
* Act as a liaison between PMO, Service Managers, and senior leadership.
* Manage and analyze large volumes of data using advanced Excel tools.
Guarantee accuracy of executive tools and support transition to final systems.
Prepare and present key messages and summaries for decision-making committees.
Collaborate with external partners and global teams in Turkey, Romania, Brazil, France, and India.
What we're looking for
* A proven track record in PMO, project management, or resource planning (5-10 years).
* Strong competencies in workload and workforce planning, with a collaborative approach.
* Excellent skills in advanced Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, macros).
* Knowledge of the automotive sector and technical environments (engineering, telecom, aerospace, etc.).
* Excellent command of English and Spanish. Additional languages will be valued.
