Model: Subscription-based, global customers

Location: 100% Remote (CET ±2 hours preferred)

This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company operating globally for over a decade. The business is built around a clear mission: enabling fast, reliable, and private access to public web data, while maintaining a strong focus on online anonymity and infrastructure performance.

Unlike typical venture-backed startups, the company has grown organically and sustainably, serving thousands of customers worldwide. It operates with a profit-first mindset, prioritizing long‑term value, disciplined execution, and operational excellence.

Now entering its next phase, the company is evolving from a founder-led setup into a scalable organization, with a strong push into B2B growth. This transition requires sharper systems, clearer metrics, and stronger leadership at the core.

The team is fully remote, international, and built on a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Role

As General Manager, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand — owning day-to-day operations and driving overall business performance.

This is not a purely strategic role. You’ll combine high‑level thinking with hands‑on execution, leading a distributed team of ~20 people across revenue, product, engineering, operations, finance, and HR.

Your mission is simple (but not easy): Drive sustainable growth, increase profitability, and build a scalable SaaS machine.

Success in this role naturally leads to a COO / CEO succession path.

What You’ll Own
* Drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance
* Take full P&L ownership within 3–6 months
* Lead and scale a cross‑functional remote team
* Optimize key SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn
* Build and implement KPIs, dashboards, and operating systems
* Bring structure, clarity, and accountability across the business
* Partner on B2B product direction (0→1 and scaling phases)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record growing a small SaaS company (<50 people)
* 4+ years in B2B SaaS leadership roles
* Hands‑on experience owning P&L and profitability
* Strong grasp of SaaS economics & subscription models
* Background in product, engineering, operations, or technical environments
* Experience leading remote, international teams
* Highly data‑driven, execution‑focused, and entrepreneurial

Strong exposure to SaaS in one or more of the following areas:

* Infrastructure
* Data / Proxy / AI / ML infrastructure
* Cybersecurity (SaaS)
