Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must.
* No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; a willingness to learn and grow is key.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates.
* Interest in recruitment processes and a drive to succeed in this field.
* Proficiency in using social media and online tools for candidate sourcing.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
