Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties
The Team Lea­der Pre­Ass leads and coor­di­na­tes pre-assem­bly acti­vi­ties, super­vi­ses the team, ensu­res, pro­duct qua­li­ty and con­for­mi­ty, opti­mi­ze pro­ces­ses, and gua­ran­tee com­pli­ance with safe­ty and pro­duc­tion stan­dards.
Orga­ni­ze and plan pre-assem­bly acti­vi­ties accor­ding to pro­duc­tion sche­du­le
Super­vi­se, train, and moti­va­te pre-assem­bly team
Con­trol pro­duct qua­li­ty and con­for­mi­ty
Iden­ti­fy and resol­ve tech­ni­cal or orga­niza­tio­nal pro­blems on the line
Ensu­re imple­men­ta­ti­on and com­pli­ance with pro­ce­du­res, safe­ty norms, and stan­dards
Opti­mi­ze pre-assem­bly pro­ces­ses to impro­ve pro­duc­ti­vi­ty and per­for­mance
Col­la­bo­ra­te with pro­duc­tion, qua­li­ty, and logi­stics teams
Moni­tor per­for­mance indi­ca­tors and pro­vi­de regu­lar reports to manage­ment
Your Pro­fi­le
Mini­mum of 4 to 5 years of senio­ri­ty
Mas­ter in Mecha­nics, Elec­tro­me­cha­nics, Indus­tri­al Pro­duc­tion, or equi­va­lent
Good com­mand of the Eng­lish and French lan­guage (writ­ten and spo­ken).
Strong orga­niza­tio­nal and time-manage­ment skills
Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and inter­per­so­nal skills
Pro­fi­ci­ent in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
Strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty, rigor, and atten­ti­on to detail
