S2 P Center of Expertise Data Analytics Purpose: The Data Analytics Specialist in the Source to Pay (S2 P) Center of Expertise (Co E) is responsible for collaborating closely with S2 P leadership (GPOs, SDMs, Head of Co E) and IT teams (including external providers) to translate the S2 P strategy into actionable insights through advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques. This role aims to drive the implementation of AI/ML solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance within the S2 P framework. The specialist will contribute to the harmonization and optimization of the complete S2 P process, focusing primarily on the data-driven insights generated within Integral Business Services (GBS). Key Tasks Responsibilities: • Conduct root cause analysis using data analytics to identify opportunities for process, system, or automation improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover data-driven automation opportunities, map end-to-end processes, and evaluate the feasibility of processes for automation. • Develop training documents and provide training materials related to new or enhanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities. • Partner with S2 P and IT teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement through data analytics and AI initiatives. Qualifications Competencies: • University degree or equivalent education in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally with exposure to procurement and/or accounts payable processes. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL for database management, Python for data manipulation and analysis, and Git Hub for version control and collaboration. • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively. • Solid understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, with interest in further developing skills in this area. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions. • Interest in innovation and technology, with experience applying data analytics to improve business processes and outcomes. • Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
