Responsibilities
Global Infrastructure
* Define and lead the group’s global infrastructure strategy (HQ + subsidiaries), including roadmap, CAPEX/OPEX, budget, prioritization, and governance.
* Ensure the end-to-end management of facilities (offices and warehouses): maintenance, security, general services, EHS, and legal compliance, ensuring operational readiness and availability.
* Lead expansion projects, new site developments, or relocations, managing suppliers and local teams under corporate standards (planning, execution, and budget control).
* Implement global standards, audits, and improvement plans; establish SLAs and monitor supplier performance, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
* Develop business continuity plans (BCP) and operational risk management, including emergency protocols and contingency plans at a global level.
Subsidiaries (Global Warehouse & Logistics Operations)
* Define and lead the global warehouse and logistics strategy for all subsidiaries, establishing the corporate operating model and its evolution.
* Standardize processes, procedures, and service standards across the group, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance in all locations.
* Deploy and govern a global KPI system (service, productivity, errors, inventory, incidents, and costs), with regular monitoring, corrective actions, and corporate reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational transformation programs (efficiency, digitalization, and traceability: WMS) across subsidiaries in a coordinated and transversal way.
* Define and oversee corporate inventory policies (rotation, obsolescence, accuracy, and controls), and lead audits and discrepancy analysis.
* Control and optimize global logistics costs, leading the evaluation/negotiation of contracts (transport, 3PL, services) and establishing service agreements (SLAs).
* Lead the management of critical incidents and performance deviations at group level, providing direct support to subsidiaries and ensuring service continuity.
Profile
* Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
* Valuable: additional training in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and/or warehouse management (preferably in multi-site or international environments).
* Proven experience in team leadership and operational coordination.
* High level of English (spoken and written). A high level of French is a plus.
