Are you an experienced and dynamic professional ready to take on an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated **Residence Manager** to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth management of a hospitality accommodation property.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the residence, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Handle property operations, including staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and guest or resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain a seamless and welcoming environment.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and external stakeholders.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in managing accommodation properties, hotels, or residences.
