In this role you apply deep process engineering expertise to develop and improve products, processes, and techniques. You will guide multi-phase engineering or production work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead innovative solutions addressing technical and safety challenges. You’ll plan, execute, and track projects from feasibility through startup, aligning with business priorities and budgets. This is a hands-on role that shapes reliability, efficiency, and safe operations across activities and programs. • Guide and coordinate multi-phase engineering/production work streams
• Evaluate projects, products, materials, and processes; support root cause analysis and reporting
• Plan and staff projects with engineering resources to ensure timely startup and budget control
• Develop innovative technical solutions and standards; consider future implications
• Lead risk assessments and ensure follow-up and closure
• Coordinate activities with other units and drive reliability, efficiency, and safety KPIs
• Lead quality and efficiency management techniques and coach teams
• Develop long-term xpzdshu plans and KPIs to improve area performance
Responsabilidades
• M.Sc. or equivalent with a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 3–5 years of technical work experience in an industrial environment
