About the Role
The SAP Customer Success Management organization aims to create an industry-leading virtual digital customer engagement experience. D-CSMs will use a low touch/digital engagement approach to provide excellent customer experience across a large portfolio (80-100 customers). The goal is to optimize onboarding and adoption, improve renewal rates, increase satisfaction, and champion customer success through a scalable methodology across SAP cloud lines of business.
Responsibilities include:
* Onboard new customers
* Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and check-ins during implementation
* Share SAP resources like webinars, trainings, and best practices
* Assist customers with showstoppers and roadblocks
* Drive customer adoption and respond to risks
* Engage with priority customers and execute initiatives at scale
* Maintain high standards of engagement and satisfaction
* Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Encourage AI adoption topics
* Act as a trusted advisor for non-technical inquiries
* Drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Build and leverage internal stakeholder networks
* Analyze customer data to prioritize engagements and improve satisfaction
Requirements:
* Location: Barcelona
* 3+ years in a customer-facing role managing complex relationships in the software industry
* Experience with SAP cloud SaaS solutions (preferred)
* Experience managing high-volume customer engagements
* Ability to work with cross-functional, virtual, and global teams
* Motivated, flexible, and quick learner in a dynamic environment
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Creative problem-solving under pressure
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
