We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and help us improve people's lives. As a member of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development ("APM") will assist with the P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the coordination and management of the P3 bidding processes from start to finish.
* Negotiating equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
* Supporting engagement with developer and lender advisors.
* Preparing RFQ submissions.
* Developing bid management plans and project schedules.
* Coordinating bid deliverables across finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation teams.
* Working with legal to negotiate contractual terms.
* Collaborating with finance to secure project financing.
* Developing project costing in consultation with relevant teams.
* Building relationships with partners, advisors, and clients.
* Preparing reports on bid progress and market assessment.
* Performing ad-hoc tasks to support development activities.
* Traveling as needed for meetings.
Candidate requirements:
* Degree in civil engineering; Master’s in Engineering of Roads, Canals, and Ports (ICCP) preferred.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Quick learner, flexible, detail-oriented.
* Self-starter capable of working independently and in teams.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Experience with P3 deals is a plus.
