Job Responsibilities: Make reservations both by phone and via email or fax.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Respond to guest requests and provide information on facilities, schedules, and surroundings.
Resolve complaints and claims, or refer more serious issues to the Front Desk Manager.
Monitor daily billing and perform cash reconciliation.
Keep the system clean and up to date.
Follow up on bookings and closures, and carry them out personally when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications: Degree in Tourism or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the Front Desk/Reception Department.
Valuable: knowledge and experience using Opera hotel management system.
Languages: High level of English; other languages are a plus.
Valuable: knowledge of Marsha and other hotel management software.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Proactive team player with problem-solving skills in English.
