We supply products and services, many of them customized, in almost all industries from automotive to the wind energy markets.**Responsibilities**:- Overall responsibility and coordination of the Supply Chain processes and employees to fulfill customers demand according to production capabilities and service level agreements, balancing inventory targets and productivity/costs, making proper and efficient use of company assets- Definition and follow-up of challenging specific objectives for the entire Supply Chain team aligned with Global-Europen Production Network-Operations KLI Strategies- Set-up and monitoring of Annual Production and Inventory Plan, including planning of resources in coordination with the rest of the organization, considering available capacity- Ensure achievement of Inventory Management, Delivery Performance, Productivity, etc. KPI’s targets: reporting, analysis of deviations/trends and implementation of derived corrective/preventive action plans- Coordination of planning activities with otherdepartments, specially Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Quality Control.. and identification, selection, prioritization and planning of Supply Chain projects, trainings and investments. Foster continuous improvement and learning culture- Lead and support actively Lean-OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects and initiatives. Local and international- Ensure on-time update of Supply Chain processes documentation, registers and standards. Support QHSE in internal and external audits related to standard certifications: IATF, Food, ISO 9000, etc.- Support HR cycles. Identification and development of potentials in coordination with Director Operations and HR**Qualifications**:- Business Administration / Engineering / Supply Chain Management degree required- APICS\ CPIM certifications or equivalent preferred, Lean-Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Education highly valuable- SAP Knowledge (Modules SD, MM, PP, WM), MS Office, Excel / Power BI power user- Knowledge of Inventory Optimization / Forecasting tools- Language: High level of English, Spanish mandatory. French, Italian and German welcome- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations: Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing and Forwarding Management. Leader of Strategic projects within Supply Chain area- International and Lean environments - Multinational company experience.
