Accounting Controller

A leading international Company dedicated to the export of beverages is looking to add an Accounting Controller to their team. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced, export-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
* Perform day-to-day general accounting tasks and ensure accurate transaction recording and reporting.
* Manage financial records for clients, suppliers, and production costs.
* Oversee financial planning related to production cycles and stock levels.
* Prepare reports on production finance and export margins.
* Support bank-related processes, including guarantees, credit lines, and confirming arrangements.
* Oversee all payments and collections control
* Manage annual budgets
* Audit
* Tax filing
Data Analysis & Excel Proficiency
* Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel skills, including:
* Pivot Tables
* VLOOKUP
* Conditionals
* Database management
* Chart and graphics creation for financial presentations
Supply Chain & Inventory
* Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and procurement tracking.
* Assist in production planning from a financial perspective, ensuring cost efficiency.
* Monitor supplier payments, confirming timelines and financial compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar multi-faceted finance role, ideally within consulting, consumer goods or an export-oriented company.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and the General Accounting Plan (Plan General Contable).
* Ideally proven experience in supply chain finance, inventory, and production cost control.
* High proficiency in Excel and comfort with accounting/ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, A3, or similar).
* Strong English communication skills – minimum C1 level.
* Excellent problem-solving, time management, and team collaboration skills.
