We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager Intern to support the Integral Marketing Team in driving international projects aimed at increasing market share and strengthening assigned brands across a wide range of global markets. You will also play a key role in the development of new brands and products, as well as in the creation and implementation of global marketing strategies and brand assets.

Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of global objectives, strategies, and performance tracking
\n
- Gain an understanding of international markets, consumer behavior, competitors, and trends
\n
- Assist in analyzing brand performance using key metrics (sell-in/sell-out data, pricing, market share, etc.)
\n
- Collaborate with the Creative Team by contributing ideas and supporting the development of new brands and products based on insights
\n
- Help prepare communication and advertising materials, including briefs for agencies and internal teams (digital, social media, in-store, and e-retail)
\n
- Support the creation of presentations for brand strategies and new product concepts
\n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders
\n

Qualifications:
\n
\n
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
\n
- Available to sign an internship agreement with a university
\n
- Final-year student or currently enrolled in a Master’s program
\n
- Previous internship experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus (FMCG is a bonus)
\n
- Interest in international markets, consumer behavior, and cultural differences
- An analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and extract insights
\n
- Fluency in English and Spanish
\n
- Good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
\n
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
\n
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
