We are seeking Junior Consultants to support Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities for a new plant project in Arganda del Rey (Madrid region).
This role is ideal for junior professionals or recent graduates with a technical or scientific background eager to gain hands-on experience in a regulated, dynamic industrial environment.
Note: Although the primary location is Madrid, the selected candidate will need to work 100% on-site in Arganda del Rey for approximately the first 6 months.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting C&Q activities related to equipment, utilities, facilities, and systems in a new plant start-up.
2. Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and executing commissioning and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
3. Collecting and analyzing data to ensure GMP compliance and internal quality standards.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, QC, and Production) during execution phases.
5. Ensuring proper documentation of all C&Q activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
* Strong interest in Commissioning, Qualification, or Validation within regulated environments.
* Understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with good communication skills.
* Availability for 100% onsite presence in Arganda del Rey during the project duration.
