The ideal candidate has experience in Appian deliveries, software development project management, and cloud technologies. This role is for Santander UK, requiring a high level of English (C1 preferred) as it is the primary working language.

* Designing and implementing fast, efficient heterogeneous solutions with horizontally scalable open source technologies.
* Experienced in Appian deliveries, software engineering, and cloud.
* Proven experience in project delivery / management and agile team management, demonstrating successful product delivery in fast-paced environments.
* Strong time management and negotiation skills.
