What You Will Do
* Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
* Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and third parties during project implementation and post-go-live support.
* Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices.
* Manage integration between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications when applicable.
* Oversee testing activities, defect management, and user training during UAT and go-live phases.
* Support data migration, interface mapping, and cutover planning with internal and external teams.
* Maintain and evolve the Core Model post-implementation, managing incidents and change requests.
* Ensure quality of deliverables from system integrators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
* Over 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement and Materials Management.
* Proven track record in SAP transformation projects, especially in Source to Pay processes.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural, matrix environments.
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* SAP certifications in Procurement, SCM, or Sales & Distribution are desirable.
* Willingness to travel (twice a month) and work from the Alcobendas office 2–3 days per week.
